Job Description

  • Client Servicing
  • Coordinating with the Claims Processing Team for deliverables
  • Retention of Corporates
  • Facilitate value-added services - Health camps and Interactive sessions by Health Experts.
  • Close Coordination with Brokers and Insurance Companies for successful management of Corporate Clients.
  • Monthly Policy Performance and Feedback meetings with corporate, Broker & Insurance Companies.
  • To generate a consolidated weekly MIS, Brokerage MIS, etc. for top management.
  • Manage multiple, high-priority tasks simultaneously within the given TAT.
  • Liasoning with Brokers and Insurance Companies.
  • Monthly Presentation to all stakeholders about Policy Performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 - 5 years in marketing related role in insurance or healthcare service providers;
  • Proven record to generate higher revenues for the organization by bringing in more business;
  • Possess excellent writing, networking, and presentation skills;
  • Be highly self-motivated with the ability to influence and lead other colleagues in the pursuit of an opportunity
