Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management - Trainee for a full-time, on-site, 6 days a week role located in Gurugram. The Specialist will develop strong relationships with customers to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Make confirmation calls for COD website orders
• Follow up on abandoned cart orders to drive conversions
• Convert COD orders into prepaid orders
• Perform cross-selling and up-selling during customer interactions
• Maintain and update CRM data and reports on Excel
• Ensure effective, professional, and result-oriented customer calls
• Exceptional communication skills to foster positive customer relationships
• Experience in completing tasks efficiently and on time
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Requirements

• Prior experience in CRM / calling profile within e-commerce or beauty/skincare/wellness/ lifestyle brands is a plus
• Good command of basic English and Hindi
• Strong follow-up skills and conversion mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and data management
• Immediate joiner preferred
