Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Manager of BD & Client Relationship Management. Sitting within market facing team, Manager BD & Client Rela- tionships, a dynamic and results-oriented partner, will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clients. This individual will play a key role in achieving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring that client needs are consistently met with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.

Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals and growth targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organiza- tions to ensure long-term partnerships.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, delivery) to de- sign and deliver customized solutions to client challenges.

Drive client retention and upselling opportunities by proactively understanding client needs and evolving business priorities.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility.

A successful track record in B2B sales appointment setup for IT services and staffing

Technical aptitude, with the ability to engage and converse with customer, and translating their needs to the sales & delivery team.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Work Location & Timing:

Hybrid, 3 Day at office in Noida
