Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include managing and enhancing customer relationships, leveraging CRM tools to increase customer satisfaction, and collaborating with teams to implement strategies that drive customer engagement. The role requires working closely with sales and operations teams to optimize customer experiences and ensure the successful delivery of services.
