Role Context
This entry-level Personal Assistant will work directly with the Sales Enablement Coordinator to
support sales operations, deal execution, and administrative tasks. They will be the key righthand
to the Coordinator, keeping deals moving, maintaining CRM accuracy, preparing reports,
and ensuring smooth handoffs across the team.
Experience / Background
13 years in administrative, sales support, or business operations roles.
Exposure to CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM, and/or other sales enablement platforms like Bloomgrowth.
Comfortable handling client-facing communication, including taking notes, sending
summaries, and preparing documents.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides) and cloud based
document systems.
Optional: Some exposure to basic financial tasks, pricing, or calculations.
