Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at our Meerut location. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to foster business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, managing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, and improving customer experiences. The role also involves supporting project management tasks to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and communication skills
- Proven sales and project management experience
- Proficiency in analytical skills to interpret customer data and develop strategic solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
