Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and systems-driven CRM Specialist to manage and scale HOQ's customer data infrastructure across Salesforce, Shopify, and our production ERP system.
This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, enabling actionable insights, and building CRM workflows that enhance both customer experience and internal efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Salesforce, comfortable working across systems, and capable of evolving CRM architecture as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Data Ownership
- Own and manage the complete customer database within Salesforce
- Ensure accuracy, hygiene, and consistency of customer data across systems
- Integrate and sync data between Salesforce, Shopify, and the ERP system
System Integration & Operations
- Oversee data flow between CRM, e-commerce (Shopify), and production ERP
- Troubleshoot system inconsistencies and coordinate with tech/vendors when required
- Maintain structured workflows for customer lifecycle management
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and management teams
- Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and lifecycle metrics
- Provide actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and LTV
CRM Architecture & Development
- Design and implement CRM structures, pipelines, and workflows
- Support automation initiatives (email flows, segmentation, triggers, etc.)
- Continuously optimize CRM processes as HOQ scales
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with retail, marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams
- Support campaign execution through segmentation and data extraction
- Enable sales teams with structured customer insights and tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably with Salesforce
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, workflows, data management)
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data integrations
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Good to Have
- Experience in luxury, retail, or D2C brands
- Exposure to marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations

Work Details
- Full-time, Work from Office
- Location: HOQ Head Office, Fort, Mumbai
- 6 days working Mon-Saturday (1 monthly comp off + public holidays)
