Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Chennai. The specialist will be responsible for developing and managing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and maximize loyalty. Key responsibilities include tracking customer interactions, analyzing customer data, and identifying opportunities to improve relationships. The role also involves assisting the sales team in optimizing customer acquisition, supporting project management activities related to client accounts, and serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for analyzing data and using insights to drive strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and techniques
• Experience in sales and the ability to support the sales team in client interactions and business growth initiatives
• Project management skills to coordinate client-focused initiatives and manage timelines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Familiarity with customer engagement metrics and best practices
• Prior experience in the media and events industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
