Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager based in Chennai. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing customer data to identify key insights, implementing effective CRM strategies, and working closely with the sales and project management teams. This role also involves ensuring client satisfaction by identifying their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those requirements while fostering business growth through market segmentation.

  • Strong Analytical and Project Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in Sales and understanding of Market Segmentation
  • Ability to develop and execute effective customer-centric strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and related software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in the education industry or ERP solutions is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
