Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager, located in Chandigarh. The CRM Manager will oversee and manage customer relationships, develop and optimize CRM strategies, analyze customer data, and improve customer retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading CRM initiatives, coordinating with teams to ensure seamless customer communication, implementing efficient processes, and managing customer feedback to enhance their overall experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.
  • Sales and market segmentation expertise for creating targeted strategies to engage diverse customer groups.
  • Proficient in project management to successfully execute and oversee CRM initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, collaborate across teams, and adapt to emerging technologies or tools.
  • Experience in CRM tools/platforms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
