Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager, based in Lucknow. The CRM Manager will oversee the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance client satisfaction, manage sales initiatives, and support project management. Responsibilities include market analysis, segmentation, and strengthening client communication channels to maintain long-term relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and identify trends
  • Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in Sales and ability to drive client acquisition strategies
  • Knowledge of Market Segmentation techniques to target relevant audience segments effectively
  • Proficiency in Project Management to handle multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery
  • Background in real estate or finance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
