Profile- Client Relationship Manager

Qualification - Graduation

Experience- Min. 2 years

Salary- 30K- 40K

Location- Sector 17, Faridabad

Office Timing - 10:15 AM to 7:30 PM

Week Off- Flexible

Industry- Tiles & Sanitary

Note - Candidate from Retail/Apparel/Hospitality background would be plus

Skills:-

1. Proficient in CRM tools and software, including enquiry tracking, follow-up management, and escalation protocols.

2. Excellent communication (spoken & written) and presentation skills.

3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with high-value clients.

4. Ability to understand customer preferences and offer personalized solutions.

5. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury showroom.

6. Strong follow-up, multitasking, and organizational skills.

7. Analytical skills to monitor CRM data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities:-

1. Follow CRM processes for client calls, showroom visits, payments, and post-sales feedback.

2. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

3. Align sales team to client needs and ensure on-time deliveries.

4. Maintain enquiry capture sheets, client records, and follow-up schedules.

5. Suggest improvements to MD for better customer experience and sales.

6. Ensure premium customer experience from first interaction to post-sales service.

7. Support the sales and operations teams in implementing CRM strategies.

8. Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance showroom processes.
