Key Responsibilities
• Handle client lifecycle from initial booking stage through to possession on every booking.
• Verify booking form, KYC, payment clearance, and bank statement confirmation on every booking
• Update CRM system and send Welcome Email along with TDS details after booking confirmation
• Confirm receipt of 10% booking amount and inform HO CRM for ROC generation
• Coordinate allotment letter preparation
• Facilitate Agreement execution at Site and maintain executed records
• Maintain physical and digital client documentation files
• Issue Demand Letters as per payment plan and send Payment Receipts upon realisation, as and when milestone is triggered
• Maintain updated Client Collection MIS and share weekly updates as and when required; updating dependent on milestone triggers
• Handle routine SAP-related queries at site level and escalate urgent matters to HO CRM as they arise
Must-Have Criteria
• 5–7 years of experience in CRM / client servicing within residential real estate
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and SAP at a site or project level
• Strong understanding of booking processes, documentation, and payment plans
• High attention to detail in documentation, MIS maintenance, and compliance
• Good written and verbal communication for client correspondence
