Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic candidate for the position of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Pleasant personality with a professional attitude

Good command of English

Calm, patient, and convincing nature

Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure

Knowledge of local languages like Marathi and Gujarati will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Handling inbound and outbound calls

Managing customer queries and escalations efficiently

Conducting on-call sales and follow-ups

Coordinating with internal teams for smooth customer service

Maintaining customer records and feedback

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Sales-oriented approach with customer-focused attitude

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service, telesales, or customer handling roles will be preferred.
