Job Description

Job Title - Senior CRM Leader - Customer Relationship Management | Post-Sales & Customer Experience

Location - Bangalore

  • Years of experience - 15–20 years of total experience with at least 8–10 years in CRM or Customer Experience in residential real estate
  • Industry - High end Luxury residential Real Estate
  • Proven track record of managing large customer portfolios cross multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience building CRM processes, teams, and systems — not just operating within an existing function.
  • Genuinely customer-centric — high capability in solving customer problems.
  • Understands that collections, receivables management, and documentation discipline are as important as customer delight.
  • Excellent communicator in English and Kannada or Hindi; comfortable engaging with HNI and Ultra HNI buyers, NRIs, and institutional investors as customers.

Qualification:-

  • Graduate degree mandatory; MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.

We are looking for a seasoned CRM leader who has spent their career managing high-value customers in India's luxury and premium residential segment. This person must bring equal parts empathy and accountability — someone who genuinely loves the customer experience side of the business, but is equally rigorous about collections, documentation, and delivery milestones.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will build and run the CRM function, set its processes from the ground up, develop the team beneath you, and personally manage relationships with our most discerning buyers across apartment and villa projects.
