Key Responsibilities -
- Handling complete customer order processing from order booking to final dispatch.
- Coordinating with production, planning, stores, and dispatch departments for timely material movement.
- Regular follow-up with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and dispatch status.
- Preparing and maintaining order tracking reports and dispatch records.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of materials as per customer requirements.
- Coordinating with transporters and logistics teams for smooth delivery operations.
- Handling customer complaints, queries, and providing proper resolutions.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Updating ERP/Excel records related to orders, invoices, dispatch, and pending materials.
- Follow-up for pending payments, delivery confirmations, and documentation if required.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Required Skills -
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of dispatch process and customer handling.
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
