What you'll do

  • Owncustomer communication across channels:
  • WhatsApp
  • Push notifications
  • Email
  • Plan and executedaily/weekly CRM campaigns:
  • New drops
  • Try & Buy nudges
  • Abandoned cart recovery
  • Re-engagement flows
  • Createsegmented campaigns:
  • New users vs repeat users
  • High-value customers
  • Inactive users
  • Work closely with:
  • Catalogue team (what to push)
  • Ops (what's actually available)
  • Marketing (campaign alignment)
  • Track and optimize key metrics:
  • Open rates
  • Click-through rates
  • Conversion rates
  • Repeat purchase rate
  • Build and improveautomated journeys:
  • Onboarding flows
  • Post-purchase engagement
  • Try & Buy follow-ups
  • Ensuretiming + relevanceof communication (not spam)
