- Owncustomer communication across channels:
- WhatsApp
- Push notifications
- Email
- Plan and executedaily/weekly CRM campaigns:
- New drops
- Try & Buy nudges
- Abandoned cart recovery
- Re-engagement flows
- Createsegmented campaigns:
- New users vs repeat users
- High-value customers
- Inactive users
- Work closely with:
- Catalogue team (what to push)
- Ops (what's actually available)
- Marketing (campaign alignment)
- Track and optimize key metrics:
- Open rates
- Click-through rates
- Conversion rates
- Repeat purchase rate
- Build and improveautomated journeys:
- Onboarding flows
- Post-purchase engagement
- Try & Buy follow-ups
- Ensuretiming + relevanceof communication (not spam)
