Job Description

Position: CRM Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: 8:30A.M - 5:30P.M(Winters), 8:00 AM to 5 PM(Summers)

Role Overview

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring quick resolution of queries, improving customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate customer data. The role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to handle customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, chats, or CRM software.
  • Maintain updated customer records, interactions, and service logs in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, accounts, operations) for quick issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers on pending cases, service requests, or escalations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely responses to all communication.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer service reports and feedback summaries.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and guide them through processes if required.
  • Responsible and accountable for receiving and following up on client reviews.
  • Support sales team in a timely manner to add / update stock inventory listings, produce output into pre-designed templates and any other requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience is required
  • Experiencein the real estate industry/development/construction is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-handling skills with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools/software (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Good data entry accuracy and ability to maintain detailed records.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in customer support, service, or CRM operations.
  • Knowledge of ticketing or helpdesk tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales or service workflows.
