Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Executive. The role involves actively engaging with clients to foster strong professional relationships, understanding their requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing client queries, managing accounts, building long-term relationships, coordinating between various teams, and supporting the sales team with customer insights and feedback. The role emphasizes customer-centricity and contributes directly to ensuring enhanced client experience and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven customer relationship and communication skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing solutions
  • Ability to manage client accounts, address queries, and foster long-term collaborations
  • Strong organizational capabilities, including record management, scheduling, and documentation
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software for effective communication and data management
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus
  • Knowledge of or experience in engineering, air pollution control, or industrial solutions is an added advantage
