CRM EXECUTIVE

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: On-Site | 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer communication, calls, ticketing, and day-to-day CRM operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills and be comfortable handling customers directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls and resolve customer queries.

• Manage and track customer tickets using Zoho, Verifast, and other CRM tools.

• Handle queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.

• Follow up on pending tickets and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily operational trackers.

• Escalate complex issues and ensure proper closure.

• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or customer experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident in handling customer calls.

• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools; Zoho and Verifast preferred.

• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• Customer-first attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
