Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive for an on-site internship role at our Hyderabad office. The CRM Executive will assist in maintaining and improving customer experiences, participating in client interactions, supporting efforts for customer retention, and helping achieve sales goals. This role also involves analyzing customer feedback to enhance services and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and building long-term relationships
  • Customer Retention and Customer Experience management abilities to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and support data-driven decision making
  • Basic knowledge of Sales strategies and customer acquisition processes
  • Proficiency in handling CRM tools and related software is a plus
  • Ability to work well collaboratively and in an on-site team environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
