What You'll Do:

• Develop workflows and automations to streamline business processes using Zoho platform applications.
• Understand business needs and convert them into smart technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho-related issues efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in Zoho applications (CRM & Desk).
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Experience in developing widgets, APIs, and custom workflows.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software operations.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation and automation.

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
