Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant (Marketing Module exp. is a MUST)
Location: Hyderabad/ Indore/ Vizag
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- 6-10 years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing/ Customer Insights Journeys (Real-Time Marketing) implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in designing and configuring customer journeys, segments, triggers, email/SMS channels, personalization, and consent management.
- Proven experience with Copilot capabilities, AI-assisted content creation, and marketing automations within D365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Ability to perform functional analysis work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Hands-on experience with integration patterns (APIs, Dataverse, Power Automate) and aligning marketing journeys with CRM (Sales/ Service) processes.
- Strong understanding of customer data modeling, segmentation strategies, and campaign performance tracking (KPIs, dashboards, insights).
- Experience in Agile delivery, UAT support, and stakeholder communication, with ability to independently drive solution workshops and demos.
