Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective CRM solutions
- Configure, customize, and deploy CRM platforms to support sales, marketing, and customer service functions
- Lead CRM implementation projects from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support
- Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications (ERP, marketing automation, customer support tools)
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Monitor CRM performance, data quality, and user adoption
- Recommend process improvements and CRM best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Ensure data security, compliance, and system scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a CRM Consultant or CRM Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service workflows
- Experience with CRM customization, workflows, automation, and reporting
- Knowledge of data migration, APIs, and system integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics certifications)
- Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum project methodologies
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
