Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant for a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon. The consultant will drive CRM initiatives through Salesforce.com administration, analyze business processes, and provide strategic solutions to optimize customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include implementing and maintaining CRM solutions, collaborating with sales teams to enhance customer interactions, and advising on best practices for customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer data and drive insights
  • Knowledge and experience in Business Process improvement and Consulting
  • Proven Sales and customer engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in the wellness or FMCG sector is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
