Job Description

Location: Work From Office

Experience: 6 Months 1Years

Salary: 10000 20,000 per month

Shift: Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information/support
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
  • Meet daily/weekly customer interaction targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
  • Minimum 6 months to1years of experience in customer support or relationship management
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
  • Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
