CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall improvement of our customer service processes. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and products.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and address customer needs.
• Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gauge customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and trends for management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
