Role Description
The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, maintaining consistent communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new business clients and expanding existing accounts
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, tele-calling, and direct client engagement
- Promote and sell broadband connections, telephone lines, and digital telecom solutions to business customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
