Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive (Real Estate) role based in Gurugram. The Customer Relationship Executive will manage and nurture relationships with real estate clients and prospects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining property options and services, coordinating property visits or meetings, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves following up with leads, understanding client needs and budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to provide timely information, documentation, and support. The executive will also handle basic issue resolution, gather client feedback, and contribute to improving service quality and client retention in the real estate domain.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing experience with skills in Customer Service and Client Relations to handle queries, feedback, and issue resolution effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships using Business Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, leasing, or customer support is preferred; experience in consulting or placement services is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with diverse stakeholders.
