Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support:
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Act as a point of contact for customers.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Identify potential sales opportunities and convert inquiries into sales, contributing to the overall sales targets of the team.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
• Customer Feedback and Insights:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
