Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure smooth communication, and support account servicing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams (PR, digital, media) for timely deliverables
• Understand client requirements and ensure service quality
• Track client feedback and support issue resolution
• Assist in reporting and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mass Communication/Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of PR, media, or client servicing (preferred)
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

Salary:

₹15,000 (in-hand) per month
