Role Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage post-sales engagement, customer satisfaction, and coordination across teams ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for post-sales customer interactions.
• Handle customer follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and service updates.
• Drive Google reviews, referrals, and post-sale payment collections.
• Maintain accurate CRM reports and daily activity logs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 12 years in Customer Relationship / Client Servicing.
• Language: Fluency in English (mandatory) and Tamil or Hindi (must).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
