Customer Relationship Executive / Manager MBA Marketing FRESHER

We are working in more than 20 industries like Retail, Fast moving consumer goods, Pharmaceutical and Health care, Banking and Microfinance, Insurance, Real estate and many more on Pan India, We believe on team work and having more than 4 k employees in our 375 branches all over India in clouding union territories. We are based in Lucknow where our head office is located.

We have a open position only for MBA/PGDM in Marketing degree or diploma holders as CRE - SALES which is a calling profile for fallow up sales targets and motivating for sales and prepare reports on MS Excel.

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow - The native or permanent resident* of Lucknow who are living in near by area of Alambagh will prefer.

Mandatory requirements:-

• MBA degree or diploma in Marketing.
• FRESHER
• Good speaking and written skills in English.
• Command on MS Excel.

Key responsibilities:-

• To fallow up the sales targets and motivate for sales to our sales partners or team.
• Attending min 80-100 incoming and out going calls, answer them in proper manner and remind for our offers.
• Identify the problems and grievances of them and try to resolve them in immediate bases.
• Refer unsolved grievances or problems to higher management and fallow for resolving that.

Salary:- Rs.14,500-Rs.20,000/- + Incentives per month + benefits as per the grade.
