Job Description

Requirements:

  • 2 + years of call center experience handling voice calls with USA customers
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
  • Prior experience in taking reservations and inquiries over the phone is a plus
  • Any degree or equivalent
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts/night shifts
  • Should have excellent communication skills in English(both verbal & Written)

Job Details:

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow call scripts and use knowledge services offered to go off-script when necessary
  • Build positive relationships with customer, ensuring that all questions are handled appropriately
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
  • Collect necessarily details from customers to create inquiries and reservations in the POS application
  • Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a
  • caller's request and ensure prompt follow ups are initiated
