We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can build strong relationships with clients, handle customer queries professionally, and support business growth through excellent service and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should be good at communication, coordination, and customer handling, with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly
  • Provide customers with updates on new products, services, and offers
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Prepare MIS reports, payment follow-ups, and customer documentation
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups for payment collection (professionally)
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and share improvement insights
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Visit customers when required to strengthen relationships

Required Skills

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Strong customer handling & relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Email communication
  • Follow-up and coordination skills
  • Time management and multitasking
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Customer satisfaction & service mindset
  • Education & Experience: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred)
  • 23 years of experience in Customer Relationship / Client Servicing / CRE role
  • Fresher with excellent communication skills may also apply
  • Candidates with prior experience in CRE / Customer Support / Client Relationship
  • Immediate joiners preferred
