Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive, located in Panchkula. The role involves managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, building and maintaining strong business relationships, providing exceptional client service, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also includes effectively communicating with customers and collaborating with internal teams to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to foster long-term partnerships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in customer support, relationship management, or similar roles is advantageous
• Educational qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
