Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Customer Relationship Executive. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey. Additional tasks include identifying client needs, suggesting tailored travel solutions, and maintaining communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Relations
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive and empathetic approach to solving customer concerns
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
