Now Hiring: Customer Relations Specialist (Pacific Time Hours)**

Are you a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and keeping clients supported and informed We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to support our EdTech platform.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both people and processsomeone who can confidently manage client relationships while effectively triaging and coordinating software support needs.

Schedule
  • Must be available during Pacific Time (PST) business hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming software support tickets
  • Determine ticket severity and assign/escalate appropriately
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution coordination
  • Maintain accurate records within the Jira system
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication
  • Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships
  • Participate in and support client meetings
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management experience
  • Ability to assess urgency and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with Jira ticketing system
  • Organized, responsive, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams
