Customer Relations Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in West Delhi. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include developing client engagement strategies, resolving customer concerns, maintaining accurate customer records, and driving client retention initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experience will also be a key responsibility.

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in financial services, with knowledge of loans, insurance, and investment products being an advantage
• Analytical and organizational skills for maintaining customer records and identifying business trends
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in West Delhi
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
