We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing team at Wedding Fellas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, ensuring a smooth customer journey, and building long-term relationships with couples from enquiry to post-wedding delivery.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from first enquiry to final delivery
- Handle incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Understand client requirements and clearly communicate them to internal teams
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and operations teams
- Share timelines, deliverables, and manage client expectations effectively
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding shoots, edits, and deliveries
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business
Requirements:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities
- Prior experience in CRM, client servicing, hospitality, or wedding industry preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, or project management tools is a plus
