Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Customer Relations Manager. The role involves building and managing strong customer relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, coordinating with sales teams to meet customer needs, providing updates about new products or services, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and the organization.
