We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry and will be responsible for

managing relationships with onsite customers, explaining project details, and ensuring customer

satisfaction until the closure of the sale. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer

centric approach, and the ability to contribute to sales growth through innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management: Engage with onsite customers, providing detailed information about our real

estate projects, and addressing their queries with clarity and professionalism.

Project Explanation: Present project details, including features, benefits, and pricing, to potential

customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings.

Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential buyers, addressing any concerns, and

guiding them through the sales process until the deal is closed.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive

experience that enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Sales Contribution: Actively participate in the sales process, supporting efforts to achieve sales targets by

leveraging customer interactions and feedback.

Idea Generation: Proactively suggest ideas and strategies to increase sales and improve customer

engagement based on market trends and customer feedback.

Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring that they are resolved

promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress for

management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3-8 years of experience in customer relations, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer expectations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
