Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CustomerRelations Manager located in Thoothukudi.

The CustomerRelations Manager will be responsible for crafting and distributing press releases, managing media relations, and developing and executing strategic communications plans.

They will work closely with customers and internal teams to promote the company's brand, enhance its reputation, and foster productive relationships with customer, media outlets and stakeholders.

The role requires the candidate to stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the company's public relations strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in creating and editing and managing media relations
  • Proficiency in communication, including both written and verbal abilities
  • Expertise in Public Relations and Strategic Communications
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals and stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive PR campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to work under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
