Role Description

The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore Urban. The role involves overseeing client interactions to ensure superior customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving client concerns promptly, and managing client feedback to continuously improve service quality. The manager will monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, manage bookings and appointments, and work closely with the service teams to deliver tailored experiences. This role also requires maintaining client records and reports while fostering long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, and handling service queries
• Proficiency in customer service tools and CRM systems
• Ability to lead, train, and manage teams effectively
• Attention to detail in managing client records and handling sensitive information
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or beauty industry is an advantage
