Job Description

Managing and maintaining the CRM system and associated tools. This includes configuring the system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, managing user access and permissions, and troubleshooting system issues. The CRM Manager collaborates with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system. Overseeing the management and organization of customer data within the CRM system. The CRM Manager ensures the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data, and implements data governance practices to maintain data quality and privacy. Ensuring smooth on boarding of new customers including welcome calls and welcome mails within 24 hour of bookings and provide all the bookings-related information and get feedback for the same. Handling the bookings, login in CRM. Ensure timelines, completion, comprehensiveness and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to clients booking. Ensuring timely execution of all backend documents like Builder Buyer Agreement, Payment Receipts etc. Ensure timely issuance of demand, reminders and supports the collection of outstanding dues, monitors payment follow-ups Works with internal teams/department, to align activities, resolve customer issues, and improve overall customer experience.
