We are hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, loyalty programs, and customer engagement activities for Midamas Jewells. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in customer handling or CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain customer database and CRM records
• Handle customer follow-ups and queries
• Execute SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
• Coordinate loyalty and retention activities
• Generate customer reports and insights
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of CRM/customer service experience
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of Excel and CRM tools preferred
• Jewellery or retail industry experience is an advantage
