Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

Salary: 17,000 40,000 per month

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Freshers with strong English OR 6+ months international voice experience

Role Overview

Join a high-performing international BPO team as a Customer Service Executive. Your role involves handling customer calls, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring smooth customer interactions. Responsibilities

• Attend inbound/outbound calls from international customers
• Understand customer concerns and deliver clear resolutions
• Update CRM systems and maintain call documentation
• Collaborate with the team to meet service targets
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy at all times

Requirements

• Excellent spoken & written English
• Customer-focused, confident, and proactive attitude
• Ability to grasp processes quickly; basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
