Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and handling inquiries effectively. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, resolving issues promptly, and supporting the sales and operations teams to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful client relationships
  • Expertise in customer service and customer satisfaction practices
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Effective problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in client relations or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
