Role Description The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi (Tripunithura, Aluva,Thoppumpady, Mattanchery, Muvattupuzha, Kothamangalamand Vaikom). This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The Customer Relations Executive will support clients across Finovest's products,sales and services, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Daily tasks include handling calls and emails, documenting customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns, and proactively following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, and supporting customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
- Proven experience in client relations, customer service, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and active listening abilities.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a related customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to document and track customer interactions.
