Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Customer Relations Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing queries, and resolving any issues promptly. The executive will act as a liaison between customers and the various service teams, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience while maintaining the company's reputation for quality service.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers
  • Prior experience in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficient in delivering excellent Customer Service and handling customer queries or concerns
  • Outstanding Communication skills, including written and verbal fluency
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to effectively manage challenging situations
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or customer service tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of or experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
